Today the meeting of League’s Board took place in Moscow. Final number of participants and system of competition was determined on it.
Twelve teams were allowed to join the league. Polish Champs will play in group B. Gdynia’s team opponents will be: Zalgiris Kaunas (Lithuanian vice-champion), Khimki Moscow (Russian vice-champion), Azovmash Mariupol (Ukraine Champs), Kalev Tallinn (Estonia) and VEF Riga (Latvian vice-champion).
Group A: CSKA Moscow (Russian Champs), Lietuvos Rytas Vilnus (Lithuanian Champs), Minsk 2006 (Belarus Champions), Uniks Kazan (Russia), Honka Playboys (Finland), Dniepr Dniepropietrowsk (Ukraine).
League Champions will be decided through April’s Final Four tournament.
