Kawhi Leonard made an incredible buzzer beater and stunned the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 7 (92-90), leading the Toronto Raptors to the Eastern Conference Finals (4-3).

In a late thriller in Toronto, where no team led by more than nine points, Jimmy Butler tied the game for the 76ers, with 4.2 seconds to go (90-90). Yet, Leonard made the difference once again and beat the buzzer to give his team the win and the qualification to the Finals.

The versatile forward finished the game with 41 points, while Serge Ibaka added 17. Five players scored in double figures for the losing squad, with Joel Embiid having a team-high 21 points.

Toronto will face the Milwaukee Bucks for a place in the NBA Finals.
