Per Zach Lowe, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been interested in hiring the assistant of the Denver Nuggets Jordi Fernandez for the vacant head coach position.
The Cavs have requested permission to interview Fernandez, who joined the Nuggets in the 2016/17 season.
