Zalgiris Kaunas made an unprecedented run in the last part of the season and qualified to the EuroLeague playoffs for a second straight season.

The Lithuanians secured their place to the postseason, thanks to a six-game winning streak, and will now face Fenerbahce, which finished on top of the standings, with the best record under the new format (25-5).

The EuroLeague playoffs start next Tuesday, April 16.
