After Elias Lianos resignation from the club’s presidency, Panionios is desperately looking for a new president which will take over the club for the upcoming season. Their previous president Elias Lianos had to quit due to health problems.
For now the club will be run by the Panionios Athletics Club in cooperation with the mare of Nea Smirni, an Athens suburb where Panionios is based.
Lianos has been asked to remain as the main shareholder of the club, a motion which he accepted.
