In a close game in Podgorica, Buducnost defeated Gran Canaria (75-70) and extended its winning streak to three games.

The Spaniards had control of the game in the first half (36-38), but the hosts quickly turned things around.

Playing very well offensively (25 points in the third quarter), they took the lead and never looked back (57-52, 61-57).

Buducnost extended its lead to double digits (73-63) and sealed the deal, as the visitors couldn’t come any closer than five points (75-70).

Five players scored in double figures for the winners, with Norris Cole leading the way with 20 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Siim-Sander Vene stood out for the losing squad, with a team-high 16 points, as Anzejs Pasecnicks and Xavier Rabaseda added 12 points apiece.

Both teams now have identical records (6-14).
