NBA Commissioner Adam Silver revealed that the league is considering to host an NBA regular season game in Paris in 2020.

“I was told not to make an announcement today. But, it’s something we’re working on very closely to organise a regular season game in Paris next season,” Silver told the reporters prior to the 2019 NBA London Game between the Washington Wizards and the New York Knicks.

“I remember having many trips to Paris over the years, going with Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls, but we took a number of years off, while they renovated.

It’s something we are looking closely at. It is not clear yet, but the format would probably be to have just one game next year,” the Commissioner added.

Thursday’s match at the O2 Arena was the ninth NBA regular season game that was held in the UK.
