Olympiacos head coach David Blatt appeared at the Calcalist’s Forecast 2019 conference in Tel-Aviv and confronted TV presenter Stephen A. Smith.
The “Reds” head coach talked about Luka Doncic, stating that he was sure Doncic was the best player of the NBA Draft.
On the other hand, Smith had said DeAndre Ayton of the Phoenix Suns would be the Rookie of the Year.
“I told everyone he was the best player in the Draft. Stephen A. Smith is clueless at basketball,” said Blatt, with Smith taking to Twitter to respond to these comments.
It remains to be seen what the reaction of coach Blatt will be.
