Olympiacos stood tall in the fourth quarter and played very well on both ends of the floor to defeat Anadolu Efes at home (88-81).

Despite their great start (23-8), the “Reds” saw the Turks come back and outscore them 42-60 to end the third quarter in front by three (65-68).

In the fourth quarter, though, the hosts played excellent, both defensively and offensively, and turned things around. They went on a 23-13 run and claimed a crucial win at home (88-81).

Axel Toupane led the winners with 19 points and four three-pointers, with Nikola Milutinov adding 15 points (on 7/7 shooting) and nine rebounds.

Four more players scored in double figures for the Greeks.

On the other hand, Vasilije Micic and Shane Larkin combined for 44 points for the losing squad (24 and 20), yet this wasn’t enough to give the visitors the victory.

Olympiacos improved to 7-5, whereas Anadolu Efes dropped to 8-4.
