Daequan Cook hit a three-pointer at the buzzer and gave Ironi Ness Ziona a big victory over Maccabi Tel-Aviv (83-81).
Cook had a game-high 24 points for the winners, while Chris Dowe scored 22.
John DiBartolomeo posted a team-high 19 points for the losing squad, with Michael Roll contributing 13 points.
Ness Ziona had an eight-point lead, with three minutes to go (78-70). Yet, Maccabi went on a 2-11 run to come close to the victory (80-81).
But, Cook made the three-pointer, with 2.9 seconds remaining, and led his team past Maccabi.
Ironi Ness Ziona improved to 3-6, whereas Maccabi dropped to 6-2.
