Five players scored in double figures for the winners, with Melih Mahmutoglou leading the way with 16 points.
Michael Eric and Ray McCallum had 17 and 16 points, respectively, for the losing squad.
Fenerbahce claimed its seventh win in eight games (7-1), whereas Darussafaka lost for the seventh time in the season (1-7).
