Barcelona endured Zalgiris Kaunas comeback and edged the Lithuanians in overtime (85-88) to claim their fifth straight win (5-2).

The Catalans were in front from the opening tip (18-23, 34-39, 50-60), but the Lithuanians exploded in the fourth quarter and outscored their opponents 26-16 to tie the game and force an overtime (76-76).

In the extra period, though, the “Blaugrana” stood tall and made some big shots to win the game (85-88).

Kyle Kuric and Ante Tomic led the winners with 15 and 14 points, respectively, as Thomas Heurtel and Jaka Blazic added 11 points apiece. Kevin Pangos posted 10 points and five assists in his return to Kaunas as an opponent.

Aaron White (game-high 21 points, eight rebounds) and Nate Wolters (19 points, six assists) were the best players for the losing squad, with Brandon Davies contributing 12 points.

Barcelona improved to 5-2, whereas Zalgiris Kaunas dropped to 3-4.
