Caris LeVert’s two-pointer, with 0.3 seconds remaining, gave the Brooklyn Nets the victory over Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets (110-112).
LeVert finished the game with 17 points, as D’Angelo Russell had a team-high 23 points for the winners.
On the other hand, Jokic posted a season-high 37 points (on 14/22 shooting) and a career-high 21 rebounds for the losing squad, with Jamal Murray adding 16.
Brooklyn led by as many as 14 points in the game, but Denver came back and tied the game (110-110). Yet, LeVert hit the game-winning shot and the visitors survived the hosts.
This was the sixth win for the Nets (6-6), whereas the Nuggets lost for the third time this season (9-3).
