Barcelona endured the comeback of Khimki and beat the Russians on the road (80-87) to claim their fourth straight win (4-2).

Thomas Heurtel led the winners, with 18 points and eight assists, with Ante Tomic and Chris Singleton scoring 16 points apiece.

Alexey Shved had a game-high 27 points (and six assists) for the losing squad, as Tony Crocker contributed 17 points, on 5/8 from beyond the arc.

The hosts made a better start to the match (23-19), but the “Blaugrana” remained competitive and tied the game at halftime (38-38).

In the third quarter, the visitors improved their overall performance and went on a 16-29 run to take a double-digit lead (56-67).

But, the Russians responded and cut the deficit to one (75-76), with four minutes to go, thanks to a 19-9 run of their own.

Barcelona, though, stood tall and scored crucial points to seal the deal and claim the victory (80-87).

The Catalans, who shot at 64% in two-pointers, improved to 4-2, whereas Khimki dropped to 1-5.
