The Dallas Mavericks (3-7), after six losses in a row, won against the Washington Wizards (2-8) at home (119-100).

The Mavericks small forward, Luka Doncic, led the team with 23 points, while shooting 9-of- 16 from the field, including 2-of-7 from three. In addition, the 19-year-old player grabbed 6 boards, dished 3 assists and tallied 1 steal, but made 4 turnovers.

Five Dallas’ players finished in double figures. Wesley Matthews posted 22 points, Harrison Barnes (grabbed 13 rebounds) and Dennis Smith scored 19 points apiece.

On the other hand, for the Wizards, who came off their best game of the season, after the winning against the New York Knicks on Sunday, John Wall poured 24 points with 10 assists, Otto Porter Jr. and Bradley Beal both managed 19 points with 6 rebounds.
