On the other hand, Kyrie Irving had a team-high 31 points for the losing squad, with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown posting 15 points apiece.
The hosts came back from a 15-point deficit in the first quarter (19-34) and outscored their opponents 69-47 to take a seven-point lead (88-81). The visitors tried to turn things around, but Denver stood tall and won the game.
