The doctor of Spartak St. Petersburg, Sergey Ushakov passed away today at the age of 33 after an illness.
In an announcement in their official website the Russian team says:
"To say that this was a major loss for the club, would be an understatement. We have all, the administration, the players, everyone who played and worked for Spartak, lost a friend, a colleague, a comrade and a professionalist.
Sergey was and is a part of our team. Over the past five years we have visited him numerous times and he was always there for us, 24 hours a day and helped everyone, players, coaching staff, employees and their fmaily members. Now we mourn for him and stand at the side of his wife Masha and his beloved ones. You will always be with us Sergey. Our doctor, our colleague, our friend. Spartak thanks you for everything. Spartak will always be with you and you will be always with Spartak."
