Vincent Poirier of Baskonia made a strong performance against Murcia and was named the MVP of the fifth round of the Spanish League.
The French center had 17 points, on 7/8 shooting, six rebounds and 26 in PIR. Consequently, he won the MVP Award, as Baskonia decimated Murcia by 44 points at home (93-49).
