Kostas Sloukas revealed that he will be available for the second round of the World Cup Qualifiers in September.

This will be the first time the Greek guard will participate in the qualifiers, as Fenerbahce’s EuroLeague schedule prevented him from playing in Greece’s previous matches in November, February and June, respectively.

“I will be present in the September games of the national team and that’s what I want. I have already informed my team and coach, I have asked for permission and I will be there,” said Sloukas.

It’s worth mentioning that NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo may also play in the WC Qualifiers in September, but nothing is official yet.
