In perhaps the biggest move in the off-season, LeBron James has signed a four-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, worth $154million as announced by Klutch Sports Group, the agency founded by James’ long-time friend Rich Paul.

The news of James heading to the Western Conference for the first time in his storied career has been one of the highest trended stories of the early hours and several memes have also been released, as to be expected.

Lakers didn’t stop with just LeBron though, they have also inked energetic guard Lance Stephenson with the infamous blowing meme becoming a focal point.

One thing that will be challenged now is of course a fifth straight Cleveland Cavaliers-Golden State Warriors NBA Finals. Now that James is departing for Hollywood, he will see the Warriors a lot more now other than the two regular season games plus a possible Finals clash.

One huge question though is how will LeBron fit into the team with point guard Lonzo Ball and especially his outspoken father LaVar.

I wonder if this is LaVar at the moment..

Lonzo though did take to Twitter to add his thoughts to the off-season blockbuster. No doubt it will see these two link up and if they are on the same page, Lakers fans will be in for a treat next season.

Of course, James leaves the Cavaliers for the second time in his career, but this time, in more dignified circumstances. He leaves with Cleveland making four staright NBA Finals appearances and an NBA title with James leading the charge.

The memes though will keep on coming.
