Hapoel Holon’s Glen Rice. Jr has been cut by Israeli side Hapoel Holon for disciplinary reasons after a bitter locker room spat.
Rice Jr., who was the leading scorer in the Winner League, was immediately cut by his team due he beat up his teammate Guy Pnini in the locker room after a league loss to Gilboa Galil on Monday night.
Pnini was taken to a hospital for medical treatment and received stitches.
The 27-year-old is averaging more than 24 points a game and has led Holon to the top of the standings in the division.
Glen Rice Jr., who was bound to win MVP of the Israeli League, has been cut by Hapoel Holon for initiating a post-game locker room altercation and punching Guy Pnini in the face, sending him to hospital for stitches.
