Union Olimpija Ljubljana is very active in the market and have added yet another player, this time Marque Perry.
The player is expected to be officially announced by the club in the coming days. He will be sharing the starting PG position of the club alongside Vlado Ilievski.
The 29 year old player has a vat experience in European court and has played for major clubs such as Olympiacos. He had had his best seasons in Russia for Samara and Triumph. He will be returning to Euroleague after five years.
The 185cm combo guard will sign a one-year deal.
Back in 2005 the player and Olympiacos GM at the time, Stavros Elliniades were prosecuted for forging a Cypriot passport so the player could play as an EU player.
In the meantime the club officially announced the loan of Giorgi Shermadini for the season.
