Former Great Britain international Ben Gordon had been reportedly hospitalised for psychiatric evaluation, multiple reports say.
Gordon was involved in a confrontation with a woman at his business in Mount Vernon, New York, on Saturday.
When police arrived, the woman was locked in the building and Gordon was seen “with a box cutter in his possession,” per Bandler.
Emergency services had to cut through the window to let the woman out of the business and discovered Gordon in the bathroom, where police handcuffed him for safety.
He is not in any trouble with police and was not arrested.
