Barcelona have signed forward Rakim Sanders to a one-year deal, the club announced today.
The 27-year-old joins Barca from Olimpia Milano, where he averaged 12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.1 steals per game for the Italians in the EuroLeague last season.

The talented American forward penned a deal until summer 2018. He becomes the team’s fifth new signing, following Thomas Heurtel, Adrien Moerman, Pierre Oriola and Phil Pressey.
New Barcelona coach Sito Alonso, who replaced Georgios Bartzokas earlier in the off-season is keen to establish the Catalan
side as a force in the Liga Endesa and also the EuroLeague for the upcoming season.
This comes due to Barcelona’s hugely disappointing campaign last term where they failed to reach the EuroLeague Playoffs and were dumped out of the Spanish League post-season by eventual winners Valencia.
