Kim Tille has joined Olympiacos from Liga Endesa side Baskonia on a one-year deal with the option for a second term, the team announced today.

Tille, who averaged 6.9 points and 3.8 rebounds in last season’s EuroLeague joins Latvian combo guard Janis Strelnieks and Greek center Giorgos Bogris as the club’s new faces.

The option for a second year of Tille’s contract is a standard club clause.

Ι just want to say that I’m very excited to join Olympiacos and very proud because it’s one of the best clubs in Εurope with big history,” the Frenchman told Greek outlet Eurohoops regarding his move to the Reds.

“I’ve already received a lot of messages from fans and I want to thank them for receiving me.”

The 28-year-old spent three years at Baskonia. He has also enjoyed spells at UCAM Murcia before his EuroLeague venture.
