In the music world, Drake is one of the most recognisable artists going right now. And aside from his music, he has always had an eye for fashion and the new Jordan 12 release, inspired by the hip-hop icon most certainly catches the eye.

The metallic white and gold Jordan 12 features the familiar ‘OVO’ logo on the inner sole in gold plus it features a mix of white textured leather, white stingray textured leather and metallic gold accents.

The sneaker, which first surfaced after the Jordan Brand opened a Flu Game pop up shop in Salt Lake City and gave onlookers a chance to view different variations of the Jordan 12 trainer will go on general release for an expectedly pricey $225 [€200].

But with Drake at the helm of this sneaker, the sales will go nuts.

Where will the shoes be available? Drake’s OVO webstore posted them on social media, suggesting that pairs will be available there online and at the OVO flagship locations in Toronto and Los Angeles. What’s more, his OVO Shop app recently restocked the OVO x Air Jordan 10s, so it’s likely the sneakers will be available there as well. Footaction’s Launch Locator tool is showing that the sneakers will also be available at Jordan Brand’s 32 South State store in Chicago. Nike SNKRS will hold a drawing for the shoes on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. EST.
