Knicks sign James Wiseman

The New York Knicks have added another veteran big man to their training camp roster, signing James Wiseman to an Exhibit 9 contract.

Wiseman arrives in New York looking for another opportunity to establish himself after spending five seasons in the NBA with three different organizations.

The 25-year-old center entered the league as the No. 2 overall pick and began his career with the Golden State Warriors before later playing for the Detroit Pistons and Indiana Pacers.

Across his NBA career, Wiseman has averaged 9.0 points and 5.5 rebounds while playing 18.8 minutes per game.
