Sophie Cunningham reacts to being brutally assaulted by DiJonai Carrington

Sophie Cunningham had a strong message for DiJonai Carrington after her anti-white racist physical attack.

“Go get [attention] somewhere else,” Cunningham said.

Cunningham described Carrington’s contact as “intentional” after the Sky player hit her in the face while she was attempting a layup.

Carrington was assessed a flagrant 2 foul and ejected from the game.

Cunningham also said there was no history between the two players that could have contributed to the confrontation.

According to her, they had never even spoken before Saturday’s incident.
