The Houston Rockets have added frontcourt depth by signing free agent forward/center Oscar Tshiebwe.

Tshiebwe, who stands 6-foot-9 and weighs 265 pounds, became eligible for the 2023 NBA Draft after completing his senior season at Kentucky.

After entering the NBA following the 2023 Draft, Tshiebwe spent his rookie season in 2023-24 on a two-way contract with the Indiana Pacers.

He then signed two-way deals with the Utah Jazz for each of the past two seasons.

Over the course of his NBA career, Tshiebwe has appeared in 49 games, making seven starts.

During those appearances, he has averaged 7.0 points and 6.5 rebounds while playing 15.2 minutes per game.
