Oscar Tshiebwe is back with the Utah Jazz, signing a two-way contract after a productive run in both the NBA and G League.

Scott Agness of Fieldhouse Files reported that Tshiebwe has returned to Utah following a stint with the Indiana Pacers and Salt Lake City Stars. He played 14 games for the Jazz last season, averaging 7.6 points and 8.7 rebounds in 18.2 minutes.

The 25-year-old big man also showcased his rebounding ability in the G League. With Salt Lake City, he posted 16.1 points and 18.2 rebounds per game across 42 appearances while shooting 57.4% from the field.

Tshiebwe, a former national player of the year at Kentucky, has carved out a role as an interior presence. His strength on the glass has translated at every level, giving him value as a situational center.

His career began in Indiana, where he signed with the Pacers in 2023. He appeared in eight NBA games during his rookie year, averaging 3.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in limited minutes.

After joining the Jazz during the 2024 season, Tshiebwe earned more opportunities and produced efficiently. His per-minute numbers highlighted his ability to rebound at a high rate while finishing around the rim.

The two-way deal allows Utah flexibility, as Tshiebwe can split time between the Jazz and the Stars. This move also gives the franchise a reliable depth option in the frontcourt behind starting center Walker Kessler and veteran Clint Capela.
