Brandin Podziemski believes the Warriors should prioritize NBA-ready talent in this year’s draft, emphasizing the importance of finding players who can contribute immediately rather than spending years in development.

Speaking about Golden State’s approach with the No. 11 overall pick, Podziemski pointed to the team’s current championship-minded timeline and suggested that experience and physical readiness should be major factors in the evaluation process.

“Someone that has experience, is physically mature enough to play in the games right away. I think that’s kind of, as an organization, where we’re at. We’re at the stage where we’re trying to win as much as we can.

“So I think with the 11th pick, you just got to look for a guy that’s ready to come in and make the impact right away.”
