The Golden State Warriors continue to make coaching staff changes despite recently extending Steve Kerr on a new two-year contract.

Assistant Chris DeMarco already departed earlier this year to become head coach of the New York Liberty, while veteran assistant Kris Weems is expected to remain with the organization.

Golden State finished last season with 37 wins and missed the playoffs entirely, despite Kerr remaining the NBA’s highest-paid head coach after signing his extension.
