The Eastern Conference playoff field has officially been finalized, with the following 10 teams qualifying for postseason play:
Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors, Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, Orlando Magic, Charlotte Hornets, and Miami Heat.
In the Play-In Tournament, Philadelphia will host Orlando in the 7-8 matchup. The winner of that game will move on to face Boston in the first round as the No. 7 seed.
The losing team will get another chance, taking on the winner of the 9-10 game between Charlotte and Miami. That winner will claim the No. 8 seed and advance to face Detroit.
Elsewhere in the first round, New York will host Atlanta, while Cleveland will take on Toronto in their respective series.
