The Brooklyn Nets are signing guard Malachi Smith to a two-year deal, sources told Shams Charania of ESPN.
Smith earned the opportunity after appearing on two 10-day contracts, during which he averaged 7.3 points and 2.1 rebounds.
In a separate update, the Nets announced Friday that Michael Porter Jr. and Danny Wolf have been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
