Washington will also be without Kyshawn George, who is sidelined with a left elbow sprain after averaging 14.8 points and 4.5 assists in 48 starts this season.
Tre Johnson remains out due to a right foot sprain, while Cam Whitmore is sidelined with right shoulder deep vein thrombosis. D’Angelo Russell is listed as out and not with the team.
Two players are listed as questionable for Washington. Bilal Coulibaly, who averages 11.5 points and 4.4 rebounds in 51 starts, is managing right retrocalcaneal bursitis.
Leaky Black is also questionable with right adductor soreness. Black has appeared in eight games this season and averages 8.5 points and 5.6 rebounds in over 32 minutes per game.
Portland also enters the matchup without several core players. Damian Lillard remains out due to injury management related to his left Achilles tendon.
Jerami Grant is sidelined with a right calf strain after averaging 18.6 points per game in 57 appearances. Shaedon Sharpe is also unavailable due to a stress reaction in his left fibula.
Vit Krejci is ruled out with a left calf contusion, and two-way guard Chris Youngblood remains in the G League. Robert Williams III is listed as questionable with low back soreness.
Despite those injuries, Portland still features productive contributors on both ends of the floor. Deni Avdija leads the team with 23.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game in 59 starts.
Donovan Clingan anchors the interior with 11.8 rebounds per game and averages 12.3 points while shooting 52.2 percent from the field.
Veteran guard Jrue Holiday adds 15.9 points and 6.2 assists, providing stability in the backcourt rotation.
Washington won the first meeting between the teams this season, defeating Portland 115-111 on January 27.
The Wizards lost their most recent game 131-126 against Golden State, while the Trail Blazers fell 100-93 to Dallas after defeating Milwaukee earlier in the week.
