In a recent interview with DJ Siddiqi of Casino.org, the Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton opened up about his recovery from a torn Achilles, as well as his outlook for the team moving forward.

While he remains optimistic about returning strong next season, Haliburton said he hasn’t set any concrete goals yet for 2026/27, focusing instead on getting back to full strength.

“None that I’ve thought through yet,” he said. “For me, it’s just about coming back and being the best version of myself. As far as giving myself an objective or anything, I haven’t really thought about it.

“Obviously I want to get exactly back to where I was and beyond. And win a championship of course. I just really want to get back to full health and get back to attacking every day as hard as I can being away from the court.”

Haliburton has played 5 seasons for the Pacers and Kings. He has averaged 17.5 points, 8.8 assists and 3.7 rebounds in 333 regular-season games. He was selected to play in 2 All-Star games.
