The Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night at Fiserv Forum with several players on the injury report. Key absences and questionable statuses could impact rotations and game strategy for both teams.
Cleveland will be without Jarrett Allen (right knee tendonitis), Craig Porter Jr. (left groin strain), Tyrese Proctor (right quadricep strain), and G League two-way Olivier Sarr. Sam Merrill is listed as questionable with left hamstring tightness, while Jaylon Tyson is probable with left ankle soreness.
Allen, the team’s primary rim protector averaging 8.5 rebounds and 15.3 points, is a significant loss, while Merrill and Tyson provide depth on the wing and perimeter.
The Bucks enter with Alex Antetokounmpo and Cormac Ryan out as G League two-way players. Giannis Antetokounmpo (left ankle sprain) and Myles Turner (right calf strain) are questionable, while Ousmane Dieng is listed questionable with illness.
Cleveland has split its last two games, losing 130-120 to Dallas on March 15 after a 138-105 win over the Mavericks on March 13. Milwaukee is coming off a 134-123 win over Indiana and a 122-99 loss at Atlanta.
This season, the Cavaliers lead the series 2-1, including two home victories and a close 118-116 loss in Milwaukee on February 25.
