The Phoenix Suns are not anticipated to pursue any significant roster moves before the February 5 trade deadline, with the organization reportedly very pleased with the chemistry the team has developed this season under first-year head coach Jordan Ott.

Stability and internal growth remain the focus rather than external additions.

“We have people in place in leadership to take care of a lot of that stuff,” Ott said earlier this week, according to Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic.

“We know it’s right around the corner, but we love our group. We love our group. We continue to say that. Our group is growing internally. Our big piece we’re going to get back is Jalen Green and that’s what we’re excited about.”

That optimism is tied in part to Green’s return, as he was able to suit up Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers after missing three games with hamstring tightness.
