The second returns of fan voting for the 2025–26 NBA All-Star Game show clear leaders in both conferences, with most top stars holding their spots.
In the Western Conference, Luka Doncic remains the overall fan-vote leader.
Nikola Jokic and Stephen Curry continue to rank near the top, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Victor Wembanyama round out the top five.
Veterans like LeBron James and Kevin Durant remain comfortably within the top 10.
In the Eastern Conference, Giannis Antetokounmpo leads all East players in votes. Jalen Brunson sits second, followed by Tyrese Maxey and Cade Cunningham.
Donovan Mitchell and Jaylen Brown remain in strong All-Star positions.
Fan voting counts for 50% of the All-Star starter selection, with player and media votes making up the rest.
Voting will continue ahead of the final announcement later this season.
