Belarus will have a chance for revenge when they meet Korea in the final game to secure the fifth and final spot at this summer’s Olympic Games in Rio.

The Belorussians were easy 84-44 victors over Argentina as they held the South Americans to just three points in the first ten minutes, while scoring twenty themselves. From there, they were never troubled.

Tatsiana Likhtarovich led Belarus with 19 points with Maryia Popova adding 13.

Korea broke clear in the second quarter and never looked back in their 81-62 win over Cuba.

Taking a slight 21-20 lead after the first ten minutes, the Koreans pulled away from a tired looking Cuban side in the second, leading a 46-35 lead at the half leaving Cuba with too much to do.

Ajeong Kang paced Korea with 22 points.

The four teams were the defeated quarter-finalists from the previous day. The winner of tomorrow’s final game will join France, Spain, Turkey and China as the additional qualifiers for the Rio Games.
