Beyond veteran guard Chris Paul, the Los Angeles Clippers aren’t expected to chase major trades as the unofficial start of trade season arrives next Monday.

According to Jake Fischer of The Stein Line, the team isn’t viewed as especially active at this stage, and several of their key players – Ivica Zubac, James Harden, and Kawhi Leonard – are all considered unlikely to be on the move for the time being.

The general sentiment is that Los Angeles intends to maintain stability unless a significant opportunity unexpectedly presents itself.

Sam Amick of The Athletic echoed that perspective during an appearance on FanDuel’s Run It Back, where he remarked half-jokingly that Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has an “inexplicable, borderline insane addiction to this group,” highlighting how committed the organization is to keeping its core intact.
