Landry Shamet left the Knicks’ game against the Magic in the first quarter and didn’t return, and he’s now been ruled out for Monday’s matchup with the Nets due to a sprained right shoulder, according to Stefan Bondy of the New York Post.

Bondy adds that head coach Mike Brown said Shamet will undergo a full evaluation in “the coming days,” emphasizing that his current designation applies only to the next game.

Shamet has been an effective contributor for New York throughout the season, stepping into the starting lineup six times and averaging 9.3 points per game while knocking down 42.4% of his three-point attempts, offering valuable spacing and reliable shooting off the bench or as a spot starter.
