Denver Nuggets shooting guard Christian Braun will be sidelined after spraining his left ankle on Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Clippers, and will be re-evaluated in six weeks, per Shams Charania.

In his 11 games this season, he averaged 11.4 points and 4.4 rebounds for the 9-2 win-loss record for the Nuggets.

The 24-year-old agreed to a $125 million, five-year contract extension, as he was the face of the starters for Denver, along with Nikola Jokić, Jamal Murray, and Aaron Gordon.

Braun was the 21st pick overall in 2022 after finishing his college career in Kansas with a championship, where he also contributed to their NBA title in 2023.
