Alex Urtasun has rejected a new offer put forward by Liga Endesa side Fuenlabrada and has left the team, the club announced.

Urtasun has stated that he wants to play outside of the Spanish leagues after spending this season with Fuenlabrada, who reached the Playoffs but were swept by Barcelona.

He spent the season before with Sevilla.

“I’ve been meaning to experience going out to play outside Spain and I think it is time to try.

“I leave happy to have enjoyed a great season and have been part of this great club,” expressed Urtasun.
