Panathinaikos Aktor big man Omer Yurtseven is expected to miss three weeks due to a second-degree adductor strain, per Eurohoops.

While Nikos Rogkavopoulos and Alexandros Samodurov rejoined their team practice on Sunday, where they were already competing to their full potential after their recovery from ankle and finger injuries, Yurtseven was placed on the injury list.

The Greek club is slowly returning to a healthy state, as Panagiotis Kalaitzakis, Richaun Holmes, and Mathias Lessort were already rehabbing when another setback occurred.

Another challenge for head coach Ergin Ataman is that the 27-year-old center’s medical results reveal a second-degree adductor strain, for which it was initially uncertain, with initial projections of a three-week recovery time.

The Turkish center has averaged 8.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists over eight appearances, including six starts, in his EuroLeague 2025-26 stint so far.
