“Definitely his voice, man. Just his voice in the locker room, in huddles, and practice of (being) consistent in what we need to do out there, who we need to be, and holding everyone to that standard and accountability, cuz he’s doing it himself. He’s doing it out there on the court, in practice. So I think that’s been huge for us, and we follow that. We need that from him, and then other guys start to do it, too. I think it flows from him to the rest of the team.”
