The Brooklyn Nets have officially signed guard Yuri Collins, per NBA.com’s transaction log.

Michael Scotto of HoopsHype reports it’s a one-year deal with an $85,300 partial guarantee, though Collins is expected to be waived, similar to David Muoka and D’Andre Davis.

The 6’0″ point guard went undrafted out of St. Louis in 2023 and spent the last two seasons with the Santa Cruz Warriors in the G League.

After a limited role in 2023/24, Collins broke out last season, averaging 13.7 points, 10.2 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in 49 games, while leading the league in assists (10.8 per game).

He also earned a 10-day contract with Golden State in February, making his NBA debut.

The Nets’ deals with Collins, Muoka, and Davis function like Exhibit 10 contracts but with partial guarantees that count toward the cap.

This could help Brooklyn reach the minimum salary floor, as they’re still the only team below it.

Long Island already holds Collins’ returning rights, so he’s expected to join the G League affiliate for 2025/26.
