Anthony Davis is parting ways with his ultra-luxurious Los Angeles mansion – and it’ll cost nearly $40 million to call it home.

The Dallas Mavericks big man, recently traded from the Lakers, has listed his 8-bedroom, 17,254-square-foot estate in Bel Air Crest for $39.9 million.

Situated in an exclusive gated community, the home is packed with high-end features: a private elevator, theater, game room with wet bar, wine cellar, gym, barber shop, and a separate lounge.

Outside, the backyard is a resort-style paradise with a lighted tennis court, Olympic-sized pool, cabanas, outdoor chef’s kitchen, batting cage, multiple fire pits, and covered patios.

Extras include a custom children’s playhouse with HVAC and a full wellness center featuring a plunge tub and sauna.
