The Atlanta Hawks have signed guard Keaton Wallace to a two-way contract following an impressive stretch with the team last season.

Wallace, 26, averaged 5.4 points and 2.6 assists in 16.2 minutes over 32 games for Atlanta during the 2024–25 campaign. He stood out in his five starts, posting 13.8 points, 8.4 assists, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per game.

The undrafted guard made headlines on January 15 with a career-high 27 points in a win over the Chicago Bulls. He also recorded his first career triple-double in April against the Orlando Magic, finishing with 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 15 assists.

Wallace’s path to the NBA included stints in the G League with the Agua Caliente Clippers, Ontario Clippers, and College Park Skyhawks. He joined the Hawks organization in September 2023, initially signing and then being waived before rejoining their G League affiliate.

In the G League last season, he averaged 16.1 points, 6.3 assists, and 5.1 rebounds over 20 games with the Skyhawks, shooting 44.9% from the field and 38.5% from three-point range.

Atlanta originally gave Wallace an opportunity during the 2024–25 regular season after injuries opened minutes in the backcourt. His consistent production and defensive energy earned him increased playing time down the stretch.

The two-way contract allows Wallace to split time between the Hawks and the Skyhawks next season, giving the team additional backcourt depth without taking up a full roster spot.
