David Andersen is considering a possibility of going overseas next season. Australian-Danish center was linked with Atlanta Hawks last summer but chose Barcelona instead. Recently the same rumours appear linking Andersen with the Hawks.
Andersen's first season with the Catalan club was successful as Barcelona marched all the way to the Final Four of Euroleague and also won Spanish ACB league. David Andersen contributed to the success of Barcelona by scoring 11.1 points and grabbing 4.1 rebounds per game in Euroleague.
Atlanta Hawks drafted David Andersen in 2002 as 37th overall pick but let him stay and develop in Europe. 29-year-old 2.12m-tall center spent 10 years in Europe playing for four different teams in three countries winning Euroleague three times.
